P.J. has an excellent reputation for providing recruitment services to the residential and home care sectors Nationally, predominantly across in NSW. We fill contract and permanent positions, with over 80% of our business as repeat clients.
Experiencing significant growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our small but fantastic team. You aren’t just ‘a typical recruiter’, but someone has experience and success in recruitment – from business development, account management, right through to filling the jobs! You will enjoy fostering rewarding relationships with clients and candidates. You care about providing quality service, enjoy working with a diverse range of people and have an authentic personality.
Reporting to the Director, you will work on a retained basis with clients to source and select candidates utilising the P.J. recruitment framework, which is renowned for supporting excellence in client and candidate care – backed up as a Corporate member of the RCSA.
You have a Tertiary Qualification (Nursing/HR/Business/Allied Health), and recruitment experience, ideally with middle management or executive level in health, not for profit or aged care sectors.
You are tenacious, resilient and have a real drive to succeed. You are compassionate, a good listener and team player and someone who easily engages people.
Capacity to work minimum three days per week is essential – working conditions are flexible.
