  • Deliver high quality residential aged care to over 55 – 70 residents
  • Develop and drive person centred care
  • Lead a multi disciplinary facility team
  • Build capacity and improve clinical care facility – wide
  • Educate staff (RN’s, CSE’s, RAO’s, Physios etc.) to build capacity in care delivery
  • Maintain good ACFI performance
  • Engage client family and carers to ensure positive care outcomes are delivered
  • Ensure legislative and regulatory standards are upheld and met

Skills and Experience:

  • Aged Care clinical nursing management experience
  • High level organisation, communication, clinical and decision making skills
  • Dementia and / or mental health care experience highly regarded
  • Strong systems orientation (good at following systems)
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA) certification
  • Good judgement and confidence in self
