The role

As the Manager Care & Wellbeing at this home you will report to and work closely with the General Manager. You will be responsible for the standard of quality care and wellbeing for the community, ensuring wellness and lifestyle programs are tailored and that choice is given to consumers. You enjoy being an integral part of the team, mentoring and managing care and clinical staff ensuring standards are maintained and expectations of consumers exceeded.

Who you are

We require an experienced Care Manager / DDON with AHPRA Registered Nurse certification and previous management experience in the operations of residential aged care. You have a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to all levels of the home through the quality of care and lifestyle programs on offer, contributing to consumer wellness and satisfaction. If you aspire, a career pathway will be available within their Residential division.
